Speaking as a quasi-old person, I can truly say the only things I regret are the things I didn't do when I was young: explore more, live more adventurously, be open to a wider range of activities. For example, I didn't start whitewater rafting until I was 50. Now at 62, it is a passion and something I look forward to two or three times a year. And just for record, older people have plenty to look forward unless they are diagnosed with some terminal, gonna-die-tomorrow disease. We do tend to revisit the past more often than you younger guys, but hey! we have more past to reflect upon. If you are lucky, you too will be reflective of your past some day and find great pleasure in it.
