Hubway:How does Hubway balance the number of bikes at each of its stations?
Some stations end up with too many or too few bikes at the end of the day. How does Hubway deal with this? Interested in specifics, such as how they monitor usage, when they rebalance, any stats on how many bikes need to be moved.

Hubway has two trucks to relocate bicycles between stations. Each truck is in operation 16 hours a day (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and can hold about 25 bikes.
There are some consistent patterns to bike usage that the trucks can counteract -- e.g., places like North Station tend to run out in the morning (as commuters arrive) and fill up in the evening. Longwood is the reverse.
