Its a vicious circle of making profit and earning votes at the same time- by printing the statutory warning note, they are warning the public about the injurious impact and in a way are acting to benefit the people. but by not stopping it altogether, they are promoting the companies who provide them rich funds or bribery to run the government. and by attempting to control the circulation of these, they are trying to be nice in front of the public.....so its like a never ending circle- someone pays and manufactures in the market- someone buys it even after reading the warning !!!!!!! it will never end until individuals cumulatively decide to put an end to it.
Two years back when I was appearing for my Doctoral entrance examination in one best institute of my country. I was asked to give my opinion on a certain author and one of his books. As I started explaining what exactly I understood of the book or his theory, one person out of the 12 professors kept on digging me more and more. Few minutes later, she asked have you ever seen the professor on whom you are giving your opinion? And I answered in negative. she further asked would you like to have a look at him? well given no other choice she introduced me to the person on whose book I was giving my opinion!!! I guess I lost few heartbeats- gosh!!!! he was one of my jury member!!!
