AT&T 3G can't handle the massive data upload/download. Rumor has it that the iPad will have one before the iPhone does, as iPad will be more commonly used with wifi.

The iPhone 4 now has a front-facing camera for a new open standard they call FaceTime. It is currently only for WiFi and only iPhone 4 to iPhone 4.
Rumor has it the unreleased phone that was recently left in a coffee shop had one.
