The Quora Team
The two most important things we look for in Quora team members are the potential to become the best at what you do and the desire to keep improving towards that. Just like we hope each question page keeps getting better and better, we hope that everyone at Quora keeps working to get better every day. We have high expectations of each other and push each other to build things we are proud of. We spend all our time working on creative solutions to hard problems in an environment where everyone is deeply committed to Quora and has made it the primary focus of his/her life.
