Does 500 startups accept startups alumni from another accelerator program?
Or only accepts startups which have never entered other accelerator

Yes. We have had founders who went through Seedcamp, DreamIt, Founders Institute, TechStars, Y Combinator, etc etc. We even have companies joining the program that have already raised significant seed rounds.
