A quick search of Amazon's web site will turn up a plethora of references - Case Studies. Many of these references are "unicorns" and many others are Fortune 500 companies.   However, a list of top ten AWS customers by revenue is valuable commercial intelligence, hence don't expect to get such information.

How come the gaint Financal Instituation Captial One is missing from the list? In 2014 it has 8 Datacenters, in 2016 it has 5 Datacenters and its is projecting to have only three Datacenters by 2018. Most of its resources are moving to AWS. Captial One is heavily investing in AWS. In the recent AWS re:Invent 2015 summit Rob Alexander, CIO of Captial one explains how it's moving towards AWS cloud. It's a eight minute video showing there passion towards technologically transition Capital One from traditional Datacenters to Cloud.
