MSFT salaries are on average 30% lower than Google. Stock refreshers and yearly cash bonus is smaller as well. If you have an offer from Google, then MSFT will probably match it.

Your numbers may be somewhat incorrect (I know some Microsoft new grads are getting $100K stock grants), but it’s generally true that Microsoft pays less than Google.
